Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless returning due to faulty or damage during transit.
Sales items, Personalised goods, and custom work are unable to be refunded unless received faulty or damaged.
Do not sent your returns back without contacting TNT Novelty Printing first.
Change of Mind
TNT Novelty Printing does not support returns or refunds for ‘Change of Mind’.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
If your order is damaged in transit or we have shipped the incorrect product, please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.
Incorrect items can be sent back providing they are in their original condition.
Returns and / or refunds – Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase
TNT Novelty Printing will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item was faulty or damaged when received.
Verification method is to send photographic evidence via email to sales@tntnoveltyprinting.com
No exchange or refund will be made without verification of damaged or faulty goods.
Items despatched by TNT Novelty Printing are photographed and checked for Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction.
This policy does not include items that are damaged due to mis-use of the consumer.
Incorrect Size Returns
Returns and / or refunds – Claim must be made within 30 days of purchase.
TNT Novelty Printing will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing, providing:
- Item is not damaged in any way, eg. Stretched or marked,
- Item has not been worn or washed.
- Item is not a personalised item, or clearance item.
Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for incorrect sizing as size guides are provided to consumers by TNT Novelty Printing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tntnoveltyprinting.com to obtain our return address.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should email us at sales@tntnoveltyprinting.com
We will send you the return email to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Proof of Purchase
Returns must be accompanied an order number or other means of verifiable proof of purchase.
