Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless returning due to faulty or damage during transit.<\/p>

Sales items, Personalised goods, and custom work are unable to be refunded unless received faulty or damaged.<\/p>

If your order is damaged in transit or we have shipped the incorrect product, please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.<\/p>

Incorrect items can be sent back providing they are in their original condition.<\/p>

Returns and \/ or refunds \u2013 Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase<\/strong><\/p>

TNT Novelty Printing will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item was faulty or damaged when received.<\/p>

Verification method is to send photographic evidence via email to sales@tntnoveltyprinting.com<\/strong><\/p>

No exchange or refund will be made without verification of damaged or faulty goods.<\/p>

Items despatched by TNT Novelty Printing are photographed and checked for Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction.<\/p>

TNT Novelty Printing will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing, providing:<\/p>

  • Item is not damaged in any way, eg. Stretched or marked,<\/li>
  • Item has not been worn or washed.<\/li>
  • Item is not a personalised item, or clearance item.<\/li><\/ul>

    Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for incorrect sizing as size guides are provided to consumers by TNT Novelty Printing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>

    Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>

    If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>
